I. How many photos do we receive?
Each session outline includes a set number of images you'll receive with your chosen package, but there are options to upgrade your gallery if you're wanting more!
II. What if we want a session not listed or want to adjust a session package you offer?
I like to think I'm talented, so I'm down to shoot almost any kind of session, however I may not be the perfect fit for you and that's okay! If you're interested in a photoshoot I don't have listed or want to tweak a session I already offer, get in touch! I'll do my best to accommodate and if I can't, I'll definitely point you in the right direction of someone who can
III. Do you travel for sessions?
I sure do! For distances I can drive, I'm happy to travel within a 25km radius for no additional/travel related costs, however further than that I do charge an hourly rate with minimum 1 hour being charged, which pretty much covers my petrol to get to you! If you're interested in a session that would include more extensive travel, send me a message and we can discuss further!
IV. What if we want something more extreme for our session (hiking, diving, etc)?
As much as I want your business, I want you to be 1000% happy with the final product, so some sessions may not be appropriate for me to shoot. I love trying new things and exploring more places, so things like hiking? I'm so down for that! Underwater photography? That's not my forte, however I'd love to recommend someone more suited! V. We want to include our dog in the photoshoot, is that okay?
Definitely! I adore dogs (and many other animals) so I encourage you to bring your furry friends along, just keep in mind how your pets react to strangers. Aggression, fear, resistance, etc. from your animals are not ideal for anyone involved!
VI. When should we book for a newborn session?
I offer newborn sessions for bubs up to 3mo but when exactly to book depends on how you want baby to be during the session. If you're after a super sleepy, fresh, curled up baby in your photos, I recommend within the first 2 weeks, max pushing it out to within the first 4 weeks. If you're happy for baby to be more awake, alert and engaged, I'd recommend waiting until the 6 week mark to schedule your shoot
VII. Do we receive RAW files?
No, RAW files are not available to include in any package. The images you receive will be high resolution, edited images that showcase my style and trademark, which will be consistent with my portfolio
VIII. How long does it take to recieve the photos after our session and how will those be delivered?
Watermarked galleries will be made available to preview no later than 2 weeks following your photoshoot, then once your favourites have been selected, the gallery will be updated and non-watermarked images will be available for download no later than 2 weeks following selection
